Every person has their own distinct story. As a therapist, I am here to listen and to work with you to help you know more about yourself. I am not here to judge or impose my views. Therapy is not an instant fix. Our sessions will focus on developing insights and skills. They will equip you with life-long solutions.
Our first session will be a chance to get to know each other. We will explore what is working for you in your life and what isn’t working. It includes questions about what brought you to therapy along with your history and current situation. This exploration will help us understand what is impacting your life. We will work out what you want to change and how to make these changes.
Further visits will be more therapeutic in nature moving towards individually tailored goals to help you progress in your life.
